For rental shops and tour operators

Rent the bikes. Run the tours. Get paid.

One place for the fleet, the calendar, the riders and the money — from Da Nang to Denver. Your storefront goes live on its own address the day you sign up, and every booking gets paid — straight to your bank account online, or in hand at pickup.

What you get

Everything the shop runs on, in one place.

Built for shops that rent by the day and run trips at the weekend. It works on a cheap phone, on bad hotel wifi, in whatever currency you charge in.

Your storefront goes live the day you sign up

yourname.motoops.samsara-software.com — your colours, your typeface, your address. Riders book on a page that looks like your shop, not like software.

Bookings, fleet and tours — one dashboard

Stop doing rate arithmetic in a notebook

Vehicle types, individual bikes, add-ons and seasonal pricing windows. Set a high-season rate once.

Never sell a bike you don't have

A live calendar per vehicle type, counted from real bookings. The storefront can only sell what is actually free.

Every booking on one page

Status, changes and payments in a single thread, with a change log that says who altered what. Walk-ins get entered by hand in the same place.

Run tours on the same fleet

Templates, day-by-day itineraries, scheduled departures, guides and riders — the same calendar underneath.

Get paid — online or at pickup

Card payments straight to your bank

Where Stripe supports payouts to your country, riders pay by card and the money settles into your own account. Everywhere else, the booking is confirmed online and paid at pickup.

Know who's riding

Phone verification, licence screening and document capture attached to the booking, not to a drawer. Security deposits are held and released, not taken.

How it works

Three steps, then you are selling.

  1. 01

    Create the shop

Name it, pick the country, and the web address is generated for you. No sales call, no demo booking.

  2. 02

    Add the fleet

Vehicle types, add-ons, day rates and the dates you are open. This is the part that takes an afternoon; everything after it is automatic.

  3. 03

    Publish the storefront

Publish, and the storefront is live at its own address. Connect Stripe first if you want to take card payments online — it verifies the business once, and payouts then land in the shop bank account. Skip it, and the shop runs on pay-at-pickup instead.

The rider’s side

A storefront that looks like your shop.

Every shop gets its own address, its own colours and its own typeface, set from the dashboard. Riders browse the fleet, compare two bikes side by side, and pay — without an account, an app, or an email thread.

Pricing

You keep your asking price.

We do not take a cut of what you charge. The platform fee applies to bookings the renter pays online — it sits on top of your price at checkout, the renter pays it, and the amount you set is the amount that reaches your bank. A booking paid at pickup carries no platform fee at all.

3% on your own bookings

Rentals and tours alike, added to the renter’s total. The payment processor’s fee is added the same way, so neither one comes out of your payout.

10% from the Global Discovery Portal

Riders who find you through the portal rather than through your own storefront. You pay the higher rate only on the bookings it sends you.

The bikes come back. So does the season.

Start tonight. Rent tomorrow.

Creating the shop takes a few minutes and costs nothing. You can add the fleet before you ever connect a bank account.
